With more than 25 years of experience in senior management, Karen is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in all three sectors (private, public and non-profit). She specializes in organizational change (change leadership and change management), executive coaching, executive presence, and governance. Her research has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Change Management, Public Admin Quarterly, and the International Journal of Knowledge, Culture and Change Management.
Karen holds a PhD in Management (Carleton University), an MBA (University of Ottawa), a Chartered Professional Accountant’s designation (CPA Ontario), a Certified General Accountant’s designation (CGA Ontario), a Certified Executive Coach designation (Royal Roads University) and a C.Dir designation from the Directors College (a joint venture between McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada).
